Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable
Return or exchange requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Customers may request an exchange for:
- Size issue
- Colour issue
- Style change, where eligible
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged or defective item
For size-related exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Exchange availability depends on stock, product type, and order eligibility.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Amount
Approved refunds may include the product cost and applicable taxes.
Original shipping charges, express shipping fees, or handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
If a free shipping order is returned for reasons not caused by Wolf Jackets, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return or exchange is due to:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong item
Wolf Jackets will cover return shipping or provide a suitable solution if the issue is caused by us, such as:
- Incorrect item sent
- Damaged item received
- Defective item received
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging or tags, where applicable
- Custom-made or personalised items, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items sent back without prior approval from our support team
Made-to-Order and Custom Items
Some products may be made-to-order or customised based on the customer’s selected size, colour, style, or other preferences.
Made-to-order or custom items may not be eligible for return or refund for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, or personal preference.
However, if a made-to-order or custom item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Cancellations
Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already entered processing, preparation, production, or dispatch.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team may request photos, measurements, packaging images, or additional information to review the case.
After review, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the issue:

- Exchange
- Repair support
- Partial refund
- Full refund, where applicable
Sizing Issues
We recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing an order.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchase and our support team will help you choose the most suitable size.
If the customer selected the wrong size, the item may be eligible for exchange, but return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind may be accepted only if the item meets our return eligibility conditions.
The item must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Store Credit
In some cases, customers may choose store credit instead of a refund or exchange.
Store credit can be used for a future purchase on Wolf Jackets.
Store credit will only be issued after the return is approved by our support team.
